XC Practice at Sawyer- Tempo & Race pace workout

Team Bus will leave Eastern at 2:40 from the bus loading area. All athletes should be changed and ready to practice when they get on the bus. Athletes will be picked up from the park at the end of practice.

No athletes may drive other athletes to practice (except siblings).

No athletes may participate without completed paperwork and fees submitted.
