Practice at Tom Sawyer- Workout / Intervals
This weather has been quite a challenge, but we will fight on.
With another high heat index we will plan to meet this evening at Tom Sawyer at 6:30pm-8:15pm.
Please bring your own water and towel.
If you are unable to join us this evening please work to find a treadmill. Our planned workout for today will be Tempo Intervals. If you can’t come aim to do the following on your own.
8-12x 90 seconds on/ 90 second off. At Tempo effort. Regular warmup and cool down. Don’t do the workout outdoor in unsafe conditions.

No athletes can practice without completed paperwork and athletic fees. Athletes are encouraged to bring a watch, water bottle, and towel. When athletes arrive at the park they should be ready to start practicing.
