We will not meet as a group but athletes racing Saturday should still plan to do our routine pre-race.
Lunge Matrix and Leg Swings
Light Distance Run (25-35 minutes)
Dynamic Stretches
Drills
Strides

Those not racing this Saturday should do all of the same things, just a longer run (45-55 minutes for veterans)
