We will scrimmage North Oldham in a 3000 meter XC race on Tuesday 8/14 at Tom Sawyer. The race will start and finish in the large field inside the gravel loop to the left of the pool.

The girls will compete at 5:30pm, with the boys to follow at 6:00pm. Athletes should arrive by 4:30pm. No uniforms are required for the scrimmage, regular running attire is okay.

All athletes who have been in the team for over a week should plan to compete. Those newer athletes can talk to the coaches if they feel ready to compete in this low key scrimmage.

This will be a great test at the end of the summer to gauge our fitness against another school. North Oldham usually has one of the top teams in AA and a deep team much like ours. This will be a good challenge!
