Note, I added the race schedule below. We still need significantly more help. Even if you can only help 8-10am it will be very valuable. At this point we do not have enough adult volunteers to cover all points of entry. PLEASE HELP!

Eastern has been asked to provide parking assistance for the upcoming NCAA Division I pre-national XC meet on Saturday, October 14th at Tom Sawyer Park. This is a fundraiser for our team in that we will be receiving money for providing volunteers for this meet and the NCAA Division I meet held at Tom Sawyer later this fall.

We will need both athletes and parents to help manage the parking lots at Sawyer. We will need volunteers to take money (parents), direct traffic, and help get cars in the lots quickly and efficiently.

There are only (4) total races on the 14th and we will need to provide parking assistance from 8 am to 12:30 pm.

Race Schedule
Men’s Red Seeded 8K Race: 10 a.m.
Women’s Red Seeded 6K Race: 10:45 a.m.
Men’s Black Unseeded 8K Race: 11:30 a.m.
Women’s Black Unseeded 6K Race: 12:15 p.m.
*Our biggest rush will come from 8:30-10:00am, if you can only commit from 8-10am please sign up and make a note of when you must leave.
