The Greater Louisville Classic is a massive fundraiser for our program and will require help from all of our athletes and families to be a success.

We partner with the Louisville Sports Commission to host one of the largest cross country meets in the country. This meet includes elementary, middle, high school, and collegiate athletes.

We are the workforce that makes this meet happen. On Friday we have races beginning at 5pm. We will need some that are able to arrive as early as 3pm. If you have flexibility in your schedule please consider one of those positions. There are jobs throughout the day Saturday as well. Please help as you are able. I know some will be able to help Friday and Saturday and very much appreciate your commitment.

Parents will be needed to serve in volunteer positions on Friday evening, Saturday morning, and Saturday afternoon. Even with our large team this is a very large responsibility and will require an “all hands on deck” approach.

As long as we get full participation and have enough help it should be easy to give all parents a break to watch their own athletes race, but this depends on ample participation.
