This has been on the schedule for a few weeks, but wanted to add some details.

We want to get a few workouts in on the regional championship course at Seneca Park. Since we don’t compete this weekend we are planning to do so this week.

Just as when we practice at Sawyer or Beckley we will have a bus departing Eastern at 2:40. Those who drive can meet us at the Seneca Park restrooms (near the playground and tennis courts).

We will finish by 5pm and athletes should be picked up at Seneca Park (near the restrooms/playground). While this is a bit less convenient for many it is important for our athletes to get some reps at Seneca Park before regionals and JV Regionals.
