All athletes should do a long run over the long weekend. Make plans to fit it into your holiday weekend plans.

Athletes racing on Saturday should either run easy Sunday or take a day to rest. Those athletes should plan to do up to 85 minutes at a pretty relaxed pace on Monday. We will workout (Tempo) on Tuesday.

Runners who are scheduled to compete Tuesday in the Assumption Developmental Series Race are encouraged to do their Long Run on Saturday (up to 70 minutes).

No team practice, but athletes are encouraged to make plans to meet together.
