Morning Run- Optional for 10-12 grade (no mornings for 9th graders)
Meet in Lower Lot @ 6am. We will do a short 3-5 mile run.

Typically we will do Monday & Wednesday. This week we will do Monday & Thursday since we have FC Relays late on Tuesday evening.

Bring breakfast and shower stuff.

Not recommended for those who are banged up.
