Monday cost – $10 (the team will cover the balance for Renaissance Fun Park and lunch/drinks)
7:30am Meet @ Eastern for bus ride to Jefferson Memorial Forest
8:00am Long Run @ Jefferson Memorial Forest
Tom Wallace Recreation Area

Siltstone Trail- out and back
10:30am Picked up for bus ride back to Eastern
Chance to quickly shower/clean up at EHS
11:30am Bus to Renaissance Fun Park for lunch and fun
Renaissance Fun Park & Lunch
4:00pm Run back to Eastern for 2nd training session of the day.
5:30pm wrap up Monday session unless attending Optional Leadership Meeting
5:30-6:15pm Optional Leadership Meeting at Eastern
The leaders meeting is optional but open to all athletes interested in serving the team as a leader (now or in the future) or developing leadership skills. This is open to all grades and all experience / ability levels.

Note, we need all rsvp’s by Wednesday 7/26 @ noon.

We have to pre-pay for Renaissance Fun Park. If you reply yes and no show you will owe $22. If you do not reply and show up you will need to pay your own way, no group discount.
