The Alumni & Family Run is the first competition for our team. It is a fun opportunity for athletes to run hard for 2 miles to test their summer fitness. We will communicate more details this week at practice, but the basics are below.

7:00am Meet at Eastern Track for Alumni Run Team Warm-up
8:00am Alumni Run Start @ Eastern

Family members are invited to compete along with athletes and we also need some help managing the race.

After we compete, cooldown, and do some recognition we will probably wrap up by 10am. After the alumni run and wrap-up go home, get some lunch on your own and relax! We have a some more team fun and a family cookout schedule for this afternoon and evening.
