During the KHSAA Dead Period there are no team activities, no contact, etc. This is an excellent time for family vacations. Athletes are strongly encouraged to continue training to gain fitness for the season ahead. Athletes are welcome to gather in groups to train but should understand that any group gatherings are completely optional, not officially associated with the team, and not under coaches’ supervision.
