We are planning to meet at Charlie Vettiner Park and all athletes should plan to arrive at team camp at least 75 minutes before their scheduled competition time, please allow time for parking.

We typically post entries and more meet details the week of each meet, usually by Monday or Tuesday, depending on when entries are due.

Relay Format, each runner 3x 1 mile
Coaches assign teams of two runners.
Partners take turns running a 1600m loop. Each partner completes the loop a total of three times.
Cumulative time for the pair is kept, and the final leg finishes through a traditional finish chute.

Meet Info from Host:
All athletes should bring their own water bottles to use during the exchanges.

Concessions:
Tikiz of Louisville will have ice cream, shaved ice, coffee, and other hot drinks on sale.
Male Cross Country will also have a concession stand with snacks and drinks.
