Practice at Seneca Park for Saturday morning.

It was recently announced the Seneca Park will be the host site of the regional meet (and I expect also JV regionals) so we are adding a Saturday practice. We understand this is a late addition, so not everyone may be able to attend. But you can complete the fartlek on your own on Saturday.

8:30-10am, meet at/near the restrooms/playground at Seneca Park.
