Athletes, it is still dangerously hot outside and does not look to cool off until sunset.

Do not run outdoors in this heat!

If a treadmill is available you are encouraged to do an easy/moderate long(ish) run. I’d suggest veterans to 55-70, newer athletes 35-50.

The effort today should not compromise a good workout tomorrow morning. If you are unable to attend morning practice please make a plan to access a treadmill tomorrow afternoon.

All week will require special effort to be successful. Make that effort.
