Practice canceled (storms expected)

Athletes and families, weather is looking problematic for this morning with rain and storms expected at 8am.

Athletes are encouraged to do a long run on their own when it can be done safely. Remember that today’s long run should be relaxed pace.

Storms are expected throughout the morning. Please be safe. This afternoon there is still a chance of storms. Athletes may want to do a treadmill run. If you run outdoors today please don’t run far from home/car where you could get caught in a pop-up storm.

We will be flexible and get the work done. Hopefully we can return to routine soon!
