Change quickly after school in any restroom. Be prepared to ride with Coaches by 2:35. Athletes not racing the JCPS Master Meet 4k will have a workout from Champions Park or Eastern, see details below.

On Thursday we do not have a bus driver to take us to Champions Park so we are splitting our group up. We will have a group of athletes practicing at Eastern, a group of athletes practicing at Champions Park (Indian Hill neighborhood), and a group of athletes racing at Champions Park.

4k Races at Champions Park
Boys Race 5:00pm
Girls Race 5:30pm

Today we polled athletes at practice and we have enough room in coaches vehicles (along with our students who drive themselves), to get athletes to Champions Park for the race/practice.

If you are assigned to go to Champions Park but cannot, plan to stay at Eastern to practice (and tell Coach Horan during lunch).

The race at Champions Park is a 4k race and will be a great race for some of our athletes who are new, our developing athletes, and for the athletes that did not attend the Summer Warrior Trip.
