Here is some additional information to share with the students, families and staff. All sales are final, except for warranty issues. No returns due to custom nature of orders. Please make sure customers understand that we can’t honor returns due to fit or sizing issues b/c of the customized products. Also, please relay to families that they are confident in their selections to avoid any style conflicts. All orders will be sent a confirmation email, customers need to make sure they receive an email to confirm their order. If not, please call Customer Service to confirm and ask for email confirmation. Any product not in stock or backordered will be refunded or customer will be asked if a swap is preferred.

Spirit Wear Customer Service Line for any questions, revisions, cancellations – 800-749-3813, This is your best source for any changes while the store is open. Once the store is closed, no changes are allowed.

Website has a sizing chart in upper right corner, please use the chart to help with sizing. Issues with fit will not be a valid return or refund request. Always recommend if b/t sizes, please size up. Improper fit does not constitute a return authorization. Rule of thumb, a little big is better than too small most of the time. We cannot guarantee an exact fit with every piece and customer body type, please use your best judgement and if in doubt consider best method on how to order.
