Athletes should make plans to run on their own (or in groups) on Friday but we will not meet for practice.

Athletes should do a distance run and strides.
Veterans 45-50 minutes
Younger Runners 30-40 minutes

Athletes who are dealing with aches and pains/injuries would benefit from a day of cross training instead of running.
