Monday Training Plan-
Athletes are encouraged to meet with others if possible. Most athletes should aim to match last week’s long run, within 10 minutes of their longest of the season. However, we have some runners dealing with injury or general fatigue. Tomorrow would be a great day for cross training or a lighter day for folks not feeling well.

Tuesday will be a good workout.
