As we discussed at practice on Thursday, Friday athletes are encouraged to run on their own.

This should be a regular distance run day, with strides, except for athletes who are having aches/pains/injury issues.
Veterans- 45-55 minutes
Younger athletes- 35-45 minutes

Injured athletes or those dealing with minor aches and pains will benefit from a day of cross training instead of running.
