We have a JV/Developmental Race at Champions Park so our Varsity (and some JV) will also practice at the same venue.

For after school practices that are off campus students should quickly change in any restroom after the bell and meet at the bus loading dock to catch the bus by 2:35. The bus will drop students at the park for practice and they should be picked up from the park. There is no return bus to Eastern after practice.

Students may drive themselves and may drive their siblings but may not drive others.

We must have an up to date physical in hand or on file at Eastern before you may attend.

Athletes should bring water and a towel every day for practice. I would also recommend an extra dry shirt on humid days.

Typical after school practice at the parks will conclude by 5pm, but if excessive heat makes that time unsafe, we may consider meeting later in the evening or making practice shorter. If extreme heat makes evening practice impossible, we may consider morning practices in the morning before school.

Students should make plans to be picked up by 5pm or make plans to go home with a teammate or meet their rides off campus.
