After our Tuesday practice at Eastern we will stick around for some games and goals until noon.
Some fun and games, plus a team/individual goal-setting meeting.
After finishing our regular Tuesday practice session we will take a break and have a snack (we have some snacks left over from Youth Camp and athletes are welcome to bring their own snacks. We will talk about team and individual goal-setting and start the process of thinking through team goals. Goals will develop throughout the season, but starting together with some unifying goals will help guide us into the season! We will also enjoy some fun competition together.

Athletes should bring water and a towel every day for practice. I would also recommend a dry shirt on humid days.
Typical practice/conditioning lasts 8-10am, but if excessive heat make that time unsafe we may consider meeting earlier.
At Eastern HS we meet at the track facility.
