Eastern XC Practice
The race at Champions Park has been delayed due to weather and wet conditions so we will all practice at Eastern today.

Those racing Thursday will do a pre-race run with some speedwork. Those doing pre-race will finish by 4:00 today.
Those not racing on Thursday will workout on the track today.

Athletes should bring a water bottle and towel every day.

Athletes may only attend practice if they have submitted the KHSAA physical form and the Eastern initiation paperwork. If the paperwork is on file and not expired from last year that is okay.
