Eastern XC Practice
The team will meet at the Eastern track by 2:45. Athletes should change in one of the restrooms in school after dismissal and report to the track dressed for practice. Students may leave bags in the ADs office (room 125 right next to the bookstore) during the day until lockers are assigned.

Athletes should bring a water bottle and towel every day.

Athletes may only attend practice if they have submitted the KHSAA physical form and the Eastern initiation paperwork. If the paperwork is on file and not expired from last year that is okay.
