3k race at Oldham County High School
Thursday afternoon

We will enter all athletes that are not racing at Trinity / Valkyrie.

Safety Measures: Spectators are invited with race safety protocols. Spectator Entrance and Exit are indicated on the map below. All spectators and athletes will complete the following items at the tent set up near the racecourse.
Temperature checks: Current protocol permits accepting a temperature of 100.4 or less.
Covid Symptom Screening Form: Please have all coaches, athletes, and spectators come to the meet with this document filled out.

Contact Tracing form: All who enter must complete this google form and show email verification of completion (QR code available at the tent).

Masks/ Face Coverings: Runners will wear their masks at all times with the exception of the actual race. All spectators are expected to wear a mask or face covering at ALL times.
Spectators: Limited to 2 per athlete and are encouraged to stay in the soccer field area where the start and finish lines are. No admittance will be allowed in the woods or through the cut through to the elementary school. Please leave as soon as your athlete is done racing in order to keep numbers at the venue down at any given moment. PLEASE NO DOGS.
Teams: Once racing begins there will be no admittance on the course. It is too narrow and too many blind turns. So for safety all warm ups are to be done on the soccer fields. Please do not interfere with the youth soccer league. We have promised them we will not interfere and they are being generous in letting us use a portion of their land to start/finish on.

Athletes will need their own transportation to Oldham Soccer Club in Buckner.

This small meet will include Eastern, Assumption, and Oldham County.
