On Monday at practice we will have our not quite annual costume relay. Hopefully you and your partner are prepared to wow us with your creative costumes and your fast 400’s!

If you can’t run in your costume you should be able to quickly change into running apparel. Remember, no costumes that violate social distancing or require shared equipment.

We will implement “no touch” virtual exchanges! We will have some fun and run hard.

Boys will run first and should arrive at 3:15. Girls will follow that boys and may arrive at 3:30. We should all be finished by 5:00.

Find a cone next to your partner so we can capture some pics of your awesome ‘stumes!

If you didn’t get a partner last week we will pair you up with someone tomorrow. Just let us know when you arrive.

Most teams will be doing 2×8×400m!
