Thanks for everyone who helped today. It went very smoothly. We got lots of compliments. Thanks for sweating in parking lots, taking admission, or managing the races/finish.

Tomorrow will require lots of help and lots of flexibility. We are still short on some very important shifts.

1) Morning parking- Bus lot particularly.
2) Afternoon admission- Grass lot especially.

If you can arrive early (7:15 ish) the bus (softball) lot could use some extra support before the races begin. Even a finish line volunteer could help until the first race.

In the afternoon if a few varsity and JV parents can team up to share an admissions shift it should help us cover the needs. No one wants to miss seeing their child race, but it is really important we cover admission gates all day.

The parking will peak early afternoon and the lots can be managed without many people, but admissions is critical all day.
