Next weekend is labor day. We have a race in E-town on Saturday night.

Please communicate if you cannot attend. Post it on our attendance sheet and tell a coach. We will be finalizing race assignments for Saturday on Monday. Please let us know by the beginning of practice on Monday if you are not available. We will plan to enter all athletes (who are available) except those who joined last week.

We will not have practice on Monday, but athletes will be assigned a long run on their own.
