Return to running!

For most of our athletes, whose season ended at JV regionals or state, I hope you are back to running. If not, get out the door a few times this week.

I am looking forward to seeing most of you at the start of track practice next week.

If you have a week or two of running under your belt, I’d suggest a couple of moderate workouts this week.

4-5x 3 minutes hard, 1 minute easy at Tempo Effort
10-15x 1 minute hard, 1 minute easy

We are planning a short XC season reflection meeting on the first two Wednesday’s (during the beggining of track practice). Everyone is encouraged to attend, even if you are not running track.
